An interview is a blind date where you only get one chance to show why you are a perfect match. Are you putting enough time and effort into preparing for the big interview date? This presentation and workshop will focus on these two key factors and incorporating how to be yourself and exactly what the hiring company needs. Areas of focus will include: formatting your resume, addressing career transitions, applying for the right position, connecting with your interviewer, and confidently navigating the interview process.

You will not land an epic job without epic preparation. Eva Quinn has reviewed over 3000 resumes this year and looks forward to sharing 10 years of hiring management experience with you.

About the Speaker

Eva Quinn is passionate about developing a collaborative and inclusive environment in order to inspire and cultivate company culture. Eva joined the TCR2, Inc. team as one of the initial hires in 2015, as Manager of Human Resources & Office Dynamics. She contributes over 10 years of diverse management experience; including talent acquisition, career development, employee relations and training initiatives, office management, and knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Eva started her career in veterinary practice management and has an incredible enthusiasm for nurturing others. Eva proudly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota; and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the Society for Human Resource Management, and WEST: Women Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology.
